Be the voice of our client for their Finnish-speaking customers. Native Finnish required.
Support German-speaking VIPs across multiple channels. Strong written German essential.
Provide top-tier customer experience to Japanese-speaking customers. Native Japanese required.
Own relationships with high-value customers. 3+ years in CX, retention or account management preferred.
